I had a scott lowe one but they have shut down now i think. HT Autos make a decent one.

As Duncan said ht make them there seem to be well made, only think I would say is if it's anything like the blot eye model u will need to add a few extra nuts and bolts

Again as Dunc says HT autos do a nice one, you can get it from there site on ebay : http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Hawkeye-Impreza-S ... 483356765aBut be warned they dont like being painted the first one I got from them warped when it was being sprayed, they did sort of replace it, so I kept the second one black, they are well made and fit easily. photo of our old Hawkeye,

Got one coming back to me from Revolution Motorsport today. They do 2 versions a plastic type one and also a Carbon Fibre version. I've got the Caron fibre version coming as my STi isn't lowered at all so should still be fine even with the splitter on (he says crossing all fingers and toes).
Just a word of warning if your fitting it yourself. I've sent 2 of these back now because I didnt think either fitted properly. Only a couple of the holes on the splitter lined up properly with the underside of the front bumper and none of the others were even close. Evidentally this is actually the way they are supposed to be, you use the two main lugs towards the front to clip/bolt it into place and then you have to use the self tapping screws that should come with the splitter and screw it into the underside of the bumper to make sure it's firmly held on.
I'm having a go at mine tonight or tomrrow evening, so I'll let you know how it goes !!
